Easy Turf Care Positions
Crew Leader:
Easy Turf Care Crew Leaders are responsible for driving company vehicles and must have a registered and clean drivers license. Crew Leaders are also responsible for crew members working under their supervision and help training assistant crew leaders. After each work day, a crew leader is expected to have achieved the days task list and report to company head. Crew leaders are expected to provide the best quality services to Easy Turf Care clients.
Assistant Crew Leader:
Assistant Crew Leaders work directly with crew leaders to train for future crew leader positions. Assistant crew leaders are expected to perform all general labor tasks as directed by crew leaders and provide high quality services to all Easy Turf care clients.
Crew Member:
Easy Turf Care Crew Members are expected to perform all general labor tasks as directed by crew leaders and provide high quality service to all Easy Turf Care clients. Crew members who achieve high standards and efficiency are eligible for advancement to assistant crew leader positions.
